How to enable a free SSL certificate (HTTPS)

An SSL certificate turns http:// into secure https:// and shows the padlock in browsers. Every site with us can use a free certificate.

Our servers issue and renew free SSL certificates automatically through AutoSSL, usually within a few hours of a domain pointing to our hosting. To check or trigger it:

  1. Log in to cPanel.
  2. Open SSL/TLS Status.
  3. You should see your domain marked as secured. If not, select it and click Run AutoSSL.

If your browser shows "not secure" after 24 hours, make sure your domain is pointing to our nameservers (see the article on pointing your domain), then open a ticket if it still does not resolve.
