Use these settings when adding your @yourdomain.rw address to Outlook, Gmail app, Apple Mail, or your phone.
Incoming (IMAP, recommended so mail syncs across devices):
- Server:
mail.yourdomain.rw - Port:
993 - Security: SSL/TLS
- Username: your full email address
- Password: your email password
Outgoing (SMTP):
- Server:
mail.yourdomain.rw - Port:
465 - Security: SSL/TLS
- Authentication: yes, same username and password
If SSL settings do not connect, try the non-secure ports (143 for IMAP, 587 for SMTP), though SSL is preferred. The exact settings for your account are also shown in cPanel under Email Accounts > Connect Devices.
