Understanding due dates, reminders, and suspension

To keep your services running, invoices need to be paid by their due date.

  • Before due date: we email the invoice and reminders in advance so you have time to pay.
  • On the due date: payment is expected. A late fee may apply after this if the invoice remains unpaid.
  • After the due date: if an invoice stays unpaid, the related hosting service may be suspended, which takes your website and email offline temporarily.
  • Reactivation: once you pay the outstanding invoice, suspended services are normally restored automatically or shortly after we confirm payment.

For domains, remember that expiry is separate from hosting. A domain must be renewed even if your hosting is paid, or the domain itself will lapse. If you are having trouble paying on time, contact us early and we will do our best to help.
