Domains must be renewed each year to stay active. We send renewal reminders to your registered email before the expiry date, but you can renew any time.
- Log in at https://client.register.rw.
- Go to Domains > My Domains.
- Find the domain and click Renew (or the renew icon next to it).
- Choose the number of years and proceed to checkout.
- Complete payment. Your new expiry date updates automatically once payment is confirmed.
To avoid ever forgetting, you can turn on Auto Renew from the domain's management page, and register for multiple years at once.
